Veterans Mobility Needs Assessment Survey

SANDAG, in partnership with Full Access & Coordinated Transportation (FACT) and 2-1-1 San Diego, has a Veterans’ Transportation and Community Living Initiative (VTCLI) grant to improve veterans’ mobility and access to transportation in the San Diego region.

We are reaching out to you for your help in completing and/or distributing a survey that will help assess current transportation levels and community needs. Please complete the appropriate survey if you are a veteran or member of a military family or if you are a provider of vital military and veteran services. Or please send this information along to appropriate parties that you may know.
